Creamy Tomato Meat Sauce On Fusilli Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 450g package of fusilli pasta (I like the ones made with semolina)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1 14 oz can of Italian Style plum tomatoes
  • 1 400 g lean ground beef
  • 1/3 c tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c 18% cream or evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp olive oil
