- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1 14 oz can of Italian Style plum tomatoes
- 1 400 g lean ground beef
- 1/3 c tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c 18% cream or evaporated milk
- 1 tsp olive oil
