  • 1-2 cups of your favorite dried fruit or raisins/cranberries

  • 2 cups of walnuts
  • 2 cups of pecans
  • 2 cups of hazelnuts or filberts
  • 1 cup whole almonds
  • 1 cup of brazil nuts
  • 2 cups of golden raisins
