Ingredients

• 1 whole main lobster or 2 rock lobster tails, thawed
• 1 whole dungeness crab or 2 red rock crabs
• 2 avocados
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup mayo
• 2 tsp of Grey Poupon mustard, coarse ground
• 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely diced
• handful of fresh chopped chives
• a few sprigs of freshly chopped dill- to taste
• 1/2 lemon juiced
• a few twists of coarsely ground black pepper
