Ingredients

- 1 1/3 cups of fresh tangerine juice (about 6 o7 if they are small)
- 1 Tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of grated tangerine rind
- powdered sugar and mint leaves
- glazed tangerine pieces
- 2 sectioned tangerines, all white pith strings removed
- 2/3 cup of water
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1/4 cup of Grand Marnier
- 1 tablespoon of chopped crystallized ginger
