Ingredients
- 1 large boboli pizza crust (or you make one if you feel adventurous!)
- pizza sauce
- 1 28oz can of diced tomatoes
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 small diced vidalia onion
- 1 teaspoon of crushed hot peppers
- 1 cup of chopped tri-color peppers ( frozen is fine)
- 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic
- PIZZA TOPPINGS
- 1 small eggplant sliced thin
- 1 small vidalia onion sliced thin
- 2 roma tomatoes sliced thin
- 4oz mozzarella cheese shredded
- Small container of feta cheese crumbled
- 1 cup small spinach leaves
- 1 pound of Loukanika or hot italian sausage
- Small can of sliced black olives
