- * 1 teaspoon baking powder
- * ½ teaspoon baking soda
- * ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- * ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- * 1 cup sweetened applesauce
- * ½ cup chopped California walnuts
- sugar GLAZE:
- * ½ cup sifted confectioners' sugar
- * 1 tablespoon water
- Mix both ingredients together.
