- 1 ea parsley, 1/4 bunch; cut finely
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 packet dry vegetable soup mix or more; onion soup optional
- shrimp for decoration with paprika
- 1/4 cup relish
- 4 ea parsley stems with leaves
- 1/2 cup pickle juice
- 1 tbsp. mustard djion type wet
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 1 tablespoon poatato salad seasoning salt
