- 1 sm bunch chervil or parsley
- 50 g pancetta or thick bacon ( Optional )
- 500 g pumpkin
- 350 g waxy potatoes
- 50 g ground hazelnuts
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbs cornstarch
- 2 Tbs oil
- parmesan cheese to sprinkle over pancakes
