- 3C All Purpose flour
- 1/2C cinnamon applesauce
- 3C Peeled apples in 1/2" dice
- 2C Chopped cashews
- 1/4C sugar
- 1T cinnamon
Description
This Is A Recipe That I Adapted From King Arthur Flour. It Is Perfect For A Fall Morning Coffee Cake! I Use A Tart Cooking Apple To Make This Cake And Salted Cashews. It Adds A Nice Salty/tart Contrast To All That Sweet.
