- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbs plus 1 tsp champagne vinegar
- 1/3 tsp minced fresh thyme leaves or 1 pinch dried

- Pinch ground cayenne pepper
- 1/3 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/4 cup pure olive oil
