  • 2 tablespoons fresh Organic lemon juice
  • A pinch of Organic hot pepper flakes
  • For the scallops
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1-cup Organic flour
  • ½-teaspoon sea salt
  • ½-teaspoon cyan pepper
  • 6 tablespoons of Organic sunflower oil
