- A pinch of Organic hot pepper flakes
- For the scallops
- 1 egg beaten
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1-cup Organic flour
- ½-teaspoon sea salt
- ½-teaspoon cyan pepper
- 6 tablespoons of Organic sunflower oil
