- 3/4 c. gluten-free flour blend
- 1 c. toasted quinoa flakes or gluten-free oats
- 1/4 c. date sugar (optional)
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. maple syrup or agave fruit nectar
- 1/4 c. oil of choice
- 1 egg or flax gel (1 T. ground flaxseed with 1/4 c. water nooked until bubbles)
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 pears or apples, peeled and coarsely grated
- 1/2 c. raisins, dehydrated cranberries
- 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/4 c. hulled pumpkin seeds, lightly toasted
- 2-3 T sesame seeds
