- 6 hotdog or hamburger buns â opened
- *If you use hamburger buns, then double the amounts for the custard and use a 9 x 13 casserole dish
- 1 stick / 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 1-1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups 2% milk
- *Sometimes a sprinkling of cinnamon is a welcomed flavour addition.
