- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 4 cups cooked jasmine or brown rice
- 1/2 cup chow mein noodles, (optional)
