- 1/4 cup salt water
- 1 handful juniper berries or an ounce of gin
- 1 small can coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon shredded ginger
- 1 teaspoon good smoked paprika
- 1 cm nub of butter
- 2 fillets rainbow trout skin on
- 1 clove garlic sliced
- 1 slice lime

I Love Smoked Paprika, And Rainbow Trout. The First Person I Showed This Dish To Claimed It Tasted Wonderfully Like Popcorn, But It Doesn't Look Like Popcorn So I'm Not Calling It That.
