Basil Artichoke Chicken Recipe

  • 8 ounces frozen artichoke hearts
  • 1 1/2 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
  • 1 cup minced parsley
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh basil
  • 3 roma tomatoes, diced
