• 1 pkg frozen cheese tortellini
• 1 Stick of pepperoni or pkg of mini pepperoni pieces
• 1 stick of Imported Italian salami
• 1 carrot shredded
• 1 small can sliced black olives
• 1 small can sliced green olives
• 2 stalks of green onions
• 1 container of crumbled blue cheese
• 1 small jar of roasted red peppers
• 1 pint of grape tomatoes
• VINAIGRETTE DRESSING:
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• salt & pepper to taste
• 1/4-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• OPTIONAL:
• mozzerella balls, broccoli, peas, mushrooms, aspragus,
• you choice of any vegetables
