- 3 eggs
- 2 C flour
- 1 C CHOPPED nuts
- 2 C sliced apples
- 1 TSP cinnamon
- 1 TSP salt
- 1 TSP vanilla
- powdered sugar as needed for dusting top of cake when finished.
