• Pinch of cream of tartar
• 1/4 c sugar
• 1/3 c whipped cream
• lime slices and sour cream topping (recipe follows)
• ***sour cream Topping***
• 1/3 c nonfat sour cream
• 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
