- For the filling:
- 6 cups of your favorite fruit, washed, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbs flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbs lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, cut into bits
- Optional: cinnamon or nutmeg, to taste
