- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Approx. 6 tablespoons cherry jam or jelly
