Red Flannel Hash Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Tb butter, margarine, bacon drippings or oil
  • 1/2 med onion, diced
  • 1 LB (500 gr) frozen hash browns
  • 1-12 oz can corned Beef
  • 1-14 oz can Harvard Style beets
  • salt & pepper to taste

Description

Every Region/ Country Has Its Own Version Of Corned Beef Hash. This Was My Favourite Winter-time Supper When I Was Little, And Its Still In My Top 3 Comfort Go-tos.
