Ingredients
- Salmon Patties
- 2 cups cooked salmon
- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 2 T red onion, minced
- 2 T celery, minced
- 2 T fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 3 eggs
- 3 T mayo
- 2 T olive oil ( for frying, so any oil will do)
- dill sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 T fresh dill
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
Description
I Recently Made Salmon Filets On The Grill And Had Plenty Of Leftovers. With A Few Added Ingredients I Turned Them Into A Very Tasty Appetizer, That Could Also Be A Side, Or Even A Main Course, If You Wanted To Eat Light.
