Ingredients
- 4 sheets of foil large enough to fold up and make a sealed packet.
- 1 pound of hamburger. (lean)
- 1 pound of hot sausage such as breakfast sausage (roll) or hot italian sausage links with skins removed.
- 1/2 to 1 cup of finely diced onion. or to taste
- 1/2 to 1 cup of finely diced red,yellow or green bell pepper or to taste.
- 2 cups of pepper jack cheese or more, enough to cover the patty when you open the foil after baking then recover to let cheese melt.
- 1 or 2 cans of diced tomatoes with jalapenos enough to cover the hamburger patties such as (rotel).
- 12 baby carrots (shredded). baby carrots are sweeter.
- 4 TBSPS diced jalapenos fresh or pickled.
- 4 tsps minced garlic divided or to taste.
