- ¼ cup minced fresh parsley
- ¼ cup minced fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried basil
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ cup grated romano cheese, reduced-fat
- 1 cup seasoned crumbs
- 2 Tbs. butter or margarine
- 1 cup ( 4-oz ) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
