Ingredients
- This will serve 2 to 4 people depending on the amt. of spaghetti used.
- 12-16 oz. thin spahetti
- 1 can black pitted olives drained and rinsed
- 1 can artichoke hearts drained
- 1 can your favorite beans
- wondra
- 1/4 c. lucino olive oil
- i stick unsalted butter
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. wine
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 vidalia or texas sweet onions chopped in chunky pieces
- No extra salt is needed
- 1 bunch tied assorted herbs (I used fresh sprigs of lemon balm, italian oregano, chives,mint)
- 4 tbsp whipped cream cheese
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- grated cheese
- crusty bread
