- 1-1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 10 oz. spinach or romaine, or bib lettuce
- 4 oz. alfalfa sprouts
- 4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 medium bunch green onions with tops , chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, seeded, sliced lengthwise thin
- 1 small yellow bell pepper, seeded, sliced lengthwise thin
- 8 grape tomatoes, quartered in wedges
- 1 lb. bacon,crisp fried crumbled
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen tiny green peas, thawed
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 ts.p. salt
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Description
I Wanted A Fancy Salad To Use What I Had On Hand So I Came Up With This All Time Favorite For The Holidays I Also Made It More Colorful By Using Grape Tomatoes, Red, Yellow Bell Peppers.
