Almost Paella Recipe


  • 1/4 green pepper - finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion - finely chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves - minced
  • 8 shrimp
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil
  • fresh parsley, finely chopped *optional- but good!


I Love Paella But It's Too Complicated And Takes Too Long. This Is My Quick And Easy Version. Feels Very Gourmet And Very Healthy. Feels Good! YUM!
