Pineapple Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can of peach nectar (6 oz.) or 6 ounces of orange juice, or pear nectar, or pineapple juice, whatever flavor you want
  • 2 ounces of cold water to thin out the nectar
  • 2 cup of fresh cut up pineapple (I buy the fresh in produce already prepped and cut)
  • 1/2 bag of frozen raspberries, scoop out frozen and use
  • 1/2 pint of frozen vanilla yogurt (I like Tofutti)
  • squeeze of fresh lemon
  • 2 big squeezes from the honey bear
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
