A Marinade For All Seasons Recipe


  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 Tab lespoon liquid smoke (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon chili sauce or hot sauce such as Texas Pete or Frank's (optional)


This Marinade Is Excellent For Meats AND Veggies To Be Cooked On Your Outdoor Or Indoor Grill. Works Well For Chicken, Beef, Pork, Or Fish!
