- 2 Tablespoons orange juice (or OJ Concentrate)
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 Cup raisins
- 1/4 dried cranberries
- 1/4 dried apricots, chopped
- 1 Small red onion, chopped

A Quick Side Dish That I Adapted For Holiday Gatherings To Make Sure All My Vegetarian Friends Had Enough To Eat! Can Be Easily Increased To Serve More Or Less And To Make The Sauce Sweeter Or More Tangy.
