- 2 tsps. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. mild paprika
- 1½ tsps. onion powder
- a pinch of cayenne pepper (or more if you like it hot!)
- 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast (optional)
- 1 tsp. fine sea salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper (I used ready-ground)
- 2 tbsps. vegetable or groundnut oil
- three-quarters 14-oz. can chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 4 medium-sized skinless chicken breast fillets
