• 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp of sesame seed oil
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp of worcestershire sauce ( I used the Lea and Perrins brand )
• 2 tsp of sugar
• 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
• FOR THE sweet and sour sauce :
• 225 ml of vinegar
• 12 tbsp of brown sugar
• 3 tbsp of tomato Catsup
• 3 tsp soy sauce
• 6 tsp of cornstarch dissolved in 18 tsp of water.
