- 12 oz. bag frozen soybeans (Edamame)
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 cup red bell pepper. diced
- 1/4 cup sweet onion, diced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. basil, finely sliced
- 2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teas. italian seasoning
- 1 garlic clove, minced fine
- salt and pepper to taste

This Is A Favorite Summer Salad Of Mine. I Make It And Take It To Work To Eat For Lunch. It Is Easy To Make And A Very Healthy Salad. For Those Of You That Haven't Tried Soybeans (Edamame). Don't Be Intimidated - Try Them - They Are Delicious!
