- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 3/4 cup frozen green peas
- salt, black pepper, 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper, onion powder
- 1 lemon (juice)
- fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp capers
- Optional - grated Parmesan for cheese junkies.
