  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup frozen green peas
  • salt, black pepper, 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper, onion powder
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp capers
  • Optional - grated Parmesan for cheese junkies.
