Rotini Chicken Casserole Recipe

  • 1 ½ cups fat-free milk
  • 1 package ( 16-oz ) frozen Italian-blend vegetables
  • 1 cup ( 4-oz ) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbs. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 ¼ tsp. Dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 cup crushed cornflakes
