- 1 apple (Peeled & Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 1 Tbsp curry, 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp apricot jam
- 1 Tsp Tumeric 1 tsp garlic
- 1 egg
- ½ Cup Golden sultanas (raisins)
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 bay leaves
- custard Layer
- 2 Beaten eggs
- salt and 1 cup of milk
