- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 packages graham crackers
- 1 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 stick of butter melted
- Sauce:
- 3 eggs
- 1 c light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Whipped Topping:
- 1 pint of heavy whipping cream
- 1 shot glass full of bourbon
- 1 tsp honey
Description
This Is A Holiday Favorite That I Make Every Time It Is Requested. I Usually Will Add A Little Homemade Salted Caramel Sauce To Drizzle On It Just Before Serving Along With Some Of My Bourbon Whipped Cream.
