- 1 cup whipping cream

- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1-1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dark dark cocoa powder (the darker the better)
- optional: add an ounce of liqueur such as Kahlua, or hot water with 2 tsp instant coffee dissolved in it
