Shrimp Lo Mein Recipe

Ingredients

  • -1/4 cup soy sauce
  • -1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • -2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • -1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • -1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • -1 can bamboo shoots
  • -2 whole scallions diced
  • -8 oz shelled edamame
  • -1 package ( 8oz) shitake mushrooms, sliced thin
  • -2 cups of diced bell peppers ( red, yellow, green )
  • -8 ounces dry linguine
  • -salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • -1 tablespoon canola oil
  • -1 pound large shrimp, peeled
  • -2 garlic cloves, minced and divided
  • -1 16oz. bag of cole slaw cabbage
  • -1/2 cup water
  • -1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Description

This Is A Lo Mein Dish That I Make With My Version Of What Veggies I Like In It. You Can Easily Change Up The Veggie Part But Dont Mess With The Rest! It Is Sooooooo Good!
