Ingredients
- 1 Tilapia filet, defrosted
- Approx. 1 Cup fresh string beans, trimmed and halved on the diagonal
- 1/2 onion or 2 shallots, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/3 Cup White cooking wine
- 2 Tbspns lemon juice
- 1 Tbspn of each: oregano, parsley, chili powder or Old Bay Seasoning, cumin or Dry mustard powder
- 1/2 tspn of cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbspn oil for the pan (Olive or Grapeseed is ideal)
