- Filling
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 red pepper diced
- 1 green pepper diced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes diced
- 1 box "no boil" lasagna noodles
- 1 pound mozarella cheese shredded
- 1 pound cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 14oz can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce
- 1 4oz can sliced black olives
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil chiffonaded
