Ingredients
- 1 - 16 oz container Cool Whip whipped topping
- 2 pkgs instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 - (15-20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, but reserve some of the liquid
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 - 10 oz jar maraschino cherries, quartered, reserve some of the cherry juice
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
Description
This Is A Recipe That One Of My Aunts Used To Make All The Time For Picnics And BBQs When I Was Young. It's Very Sweet. I've Always Preferred This To The More Popular Ambrosia Salad.
