- stone ground mustard
- horseradish
- olive oil
- 6 Focaccia rolls
- 1 cup Chardonnay
- * note: dried oregano and thyme may be substituted for fresh if not available. Fresh is definitely better.

- 1 mango
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 lime
- tomato
