- 1 Tablespoon chili powder...test the brand and heat to your likin'

- 1 Tablespoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt...Kosher
- 1/4 Cup brown sugar

- 4 granny smith apples...cored and julienned
- 1 Cup Red Globe grapes,halved
- 1/2 fresh lemon...Juice of
- 1/2 Cup walnuts in pieces...nicely toasted
- 3 green onions,finely chopped...top to bottom
- 2 Tablespoon flat leaf parsley...chopped fine
- Fresh ground sea salt,and black pepper
- 3/4 Cup Creamy blue cheese dressing
