• 1 pinch each: cinnamon, cloves, cardamom
• chocolate sauce:
• 4 oz 70% cocoa chocolate, broken into small pieces
• 6 tbsp Grand Marnier
• 1 tsp butter
• 3 tbsp confectioner's sugar
• 7 tbsp sour cream
