  • Pilaf:
  • 1 cup converted rice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
