- Pilaf:
- 1 cup converted rice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
