- 1/2 cup of safflower oil (canola will word as well)
- 2 teaspoons of white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 4 - 5 tablespoons of pure maple syrup

I Would Have To Say That This Is A Truely Modern Canadian Salad. It Takes Its Flavours From Asia, Central America, North America And Bit Of Europe. What Makes It Truely Canadian Is The Addition Of The Maple Syrup. Easy To Make, Crowd Pleaser.
