Ingredients
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1-1/2 cups red, green, orange or yellow bell peppers or a combo of different colors
- 14 oz. can pitted black olives, drained, sliced in half
- 3 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 3 cups shredded cabbage (I use coleslaw mix)
- 2 avocados, peeled, cut in ½â cubes and sprinkled thoroughly with
- lime juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup salsa
- ½ teas. chili powder
- 1-1/2 cups mexican cheese blend
- 1-1/2 cups slightly crunched tortilla chips
