• 3-4 ripes bananas mashed
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup buttermilk (tbsp buttermilk and balance to 1/2 cup mix Southern Comfort or bourban)
• 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1tsp allspice
• 1/2 tsp giner
• 1 cup chopped nuts (I used walnuts)
• 1-1/2 cup raisins
